It's not wrapped in plastic or anything. Based on a review of a larger size version of he same pan I thought I might not have to grease the pan. Wrong!...but it still did a better job then my normal non-stick w/o being greased. FYI, I am cooking pizza from scratch/store bought dough (but not an already formed crust like Digiorno). |
