| 5 of 6 people found the following review helpful:  Spend a bit more for a better pan..., This review is from: Wilton Aluminum Performance Pans Sheet Pans (Kitchen) This pan would be OK in a fix, but if you plan on baking this size cake more than once, it's definitely worth spending a little bit more for a commercial grade pan. Commercial pans will have straight sides and corners, and will be made of much thicker alluminum. I bought this pan from a local store for a last minute cake, and it warped slightly in the oven while the cake was baking, resulting in an uneven cake.
