I have a fantastic cheesecake recipe and it always made more then enough batter for the pan that I had. Since I have purchased this pan, I have been able to use all of the batter that my recipe yields. The cheesecake came out perfectly. It was easy to remove. I couldn't be any happier with my Parrish magic Line Cheesecake pan. |
